Passengers from Kuwait no longer require PCR test to travel to India

Passengers from Kuwait bound for India no longer require to take negative PCR test to travel to India provided they are vaccinated and upload their primary vaccination schedule completion certificate.
Passengers need only to submit a self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal with their Covid-19 vaccination certificate.

With the inclusion of Kuwait from April 29 in the list of primary vaccination schedule completion certificate, India now exempts travellers from 108 countries arriving into India from mandatory PCR tests
